As a family run business, we are committed to providing the highest possible standard of residential care in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Our goal is to help our residents carry on enjoying the things they love.

• We provide Residential, Dementia & Day Care in a safe, supportive and friendly environment, in which residents and their family members are encouraged to be actively involved in their care, continue with any personal interests and be invited to have a say in the running of the Home. 
• We offer single rooms, some with En-Suite - rooms can be personalised to create a 'Home-from-Home' feel.
• We have skilled, dedicated and qualified Staff - All care staff are either qualified to a minimum of Health & Social Care Level 2 or working towards the qualification, with most Senior staff qualified to Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards that qualification. We have a training programme in place and staff are encouraged to take up any additional training in any areas in which they have a special interest. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to keep residents comfortable and content.
• We can cater for special diets - all food is home-cooked and we continuously retain our 5* Food Hygiene rating.
• Highest Standard of Care as evidenced by our most recent CQC Inspection Report in 2019, in which we are rated as 'Good' in all five Key Lines of Enquiry areas. We have retained Grade One status for Hartlepool Borough Council Quality Standards Framework report since 2018.
