THE ROOMS AND GARDENS 

Clifton House offers residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy the professionally designed and maintained gardens to the front of the house, and the privacy of spacious patio gardens to the rear. For those preferring to remain indoors, the beauty of the gardens and seasonal containers can be enjoyed from the comfort of the conservatory.

Clifton House is a warm, spacious and well appointed Victorian house offering accommodation in single rooms, most of which have private en-suite facilities.

Although our rooms are fully furnished residents are able to bring small items of personal furniture into the home and may have their own telephone installed if they so wish.

Clifton House has two lounges and a spacious conservatory. There is a  formal dining room, or residents can chose to dine in their rooms. Our meals are freshly prepared in true northern fashion and we do try to cater for all tastes and diets, especially where residents are on diets that relate to specific medical conditions.

A comprehensive range of bathing equipment provides the freedom to enjoy the luxuries of bathing independently, or with the level of assistance.
