At Clifton House we place a great emphasis on  staff training at all levels ensuring that quality care is delivered 24 hours a day, through a qualified and dedicated team. All our staff receive training which is relevant to their job role with induction and foundation experience.

• All care staff are qualified or working towards  NVQ Level 2  in Health & Social Care .
• |Most Senior Care staff  are qualified or working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Manager Lisa Judson holds Level 5 in Leadership & Management

Our Cooks and Kitchen Assistants are happy to accommodate any special food and drink requests and provide a very good standard of home cooked foods.

Our team of domestic and laundry staff are highly committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

We are also supported by staff in admin and general maintenance roles
